To meet the demands and problems of modern life, a new way of living had to be created. In many large cities, there is a shortage of accomodation, and because the traditional way of building is not very flexible, a new, fast and effective concept had to be created to solve this problem.
The modern tennant lives out of town and chooses mobility rather than a fixed abode, and prefers a small, environmentally friendly separate living space to terraced housing.
